Webmaster's note:  whichever form you wish to download please do the following;

Right-click on the link then select "save target as" from the options.  From the next menu box select "Desktop" and this will download the form to your computer desktop from where you can launch the program and print the form.

If you wish to pay your deposit via Paypal, please e-mail the webmaster and you will be sent an e-mail invoice **Note there is a £10 fee (PER TRANSACTION)**  In this case you only need to submit the "Online Booking" form.  Please DO NOT submit a Paypal payment to the Galloway e-mail address as this will not be processed.

If paying by cheque please submit the "Postal Booking" form to the address shown together with your payment.
