The Charity Auction has become an established and favourite event during the annual England III rally, and we are delighted to be able to continue supporting UK COPS.

New for 2010, and by way of an experiment, is the option of pre-registering commission bids and (all being well with technology) the ability to log-on via MSN/Windows Live Messenger and place bids in real time. Telephone bids can also be accepted by prior arrangement.

Below is a representative list of items up for auction this year, and we thank all the organisations and individuals who have made the donations in support of UK COPS.

The Charity Auction will commence at 8 pm on Saturday 29th May. From 7.30 pm the MSN/Windows Live Messenger ID auction@bkengland3.co.uk will go "live". It is possible that a Skype contact at the same address (Skype ID "bkengland3") may also be in operation.

In order to make this run as smoothly as possible we would ask that any enquiries regarding auction items are directed to the above e-mail address, including commission bids, requests for telephone contact etc.

The list published above may be subject to slight variation as other auction items are received, therefore you are advised to check the Lot Number AND description prior to making any bid.

For a bid to be accepted the buyer must be able to provide a valid e-mail address to which a Paypal invoice can be sent for payment. Credit card details will NOT be taken over the telephone or by e-mail. Bids can only be accepted in GB Pounds and, while there is no commission charged on any item, the buyer must accept that they are responsible for any shipping costs incurred, and these costs will be determined as soon as possible after the weekend rally has concluded. Local collection/delivery can be arranged by negotiation.

Please note that due to the nature of some of the items available, Blue Knights or Law Enforcement credentials may be required prior to bids being accepted.

With your help we can make this experiment work, you can grab a great bargain, and we will all help to raise funds for UK COPS.
